STAMP ORDERS: On stamp orders totalling under $25.00, please add $2.00 to cover postage and handling. Registration (postage) is extra on orders under $200.00, if you desire your order shipped in this manner. C$9.00 In cases where the book is lighter and less postage is required, we will adjust postage accordingly (if you have paid by cheque, we will refund in postage).

On-line database updates: Our on-line stock databases are updated 2-3 times daily, Monday-Friday. Most items are unique. It is possible that an item listed on-line has just been sold via other sources such as phone, fax or direct mailings. In these rare instances, we will contact you before any billings and shipments take place. Image not available — please e-mail us with the stock number and we will scan the desired stamp. We welcome your VISA and MASTERCARD. Please send all information that appears in raised print on your card, including "valid" dates. We must charge your account in Canadian funds, they will convert when they bill you. Please allow time for your personal cheques to clear. USA residents may remit in US funds, at the prevailing rate of exchange, or by a Canadian dollar draft. Unless a refund is requested, we will issue a credit note where a portion of the order is sold out or back-ordered. Credit balances under $10.00 will be refunded in mint postage at face value.
